The State of New Hampshire currently has an ignition interlock law that focuses mostly on recurring offenses or aggravated DWI offenses, but, that may be changing in the next few months. Foster’s Daily Democrat reports that a new law that will require a two-week driving privledge suspension will quickly follow up with the installation of an ignition interlock device in vehicles of those who prove personal transportation is necessary to maintain employment, receive medical attention or attend a substance abuse program in the state.
