For the past five years, Mothers Against Drunk Driving has issued a report on the progress each state in the U.S. has made in reducing and eliminating the threat of drunk driving. The Expired Meter reports that in 2013, the state of Illinois received five out of five stars for their efforts in keeping the streets safe from drunk drivers.
