With a striking vote of 48 to 1, Georgia’s senate passed a bill that will tighten the restrictions on citizens convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. SenatePress.net confirmed that House Bill 407 will not only cause a second-time convicted DUI offender to complete a DUI or drug program, but will also require these re-offenders to install an ignition interlock device on their vehicles.
