College drinking may be as traditional as all-nighters and pledge weeks, however, the effects of alcohol on women and their drinking habits may be surprising. NYdailynews.com reports that recent findings by The National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) show that not only are college women drinking more than college men, but, that these drinking habits are lasting longer through the year.
