If a person is under the age of 21, each state in the U.S. has a “zero tolerance” policy when it comes to underage drinking. Nobody under the age of 21 is allowed to serve or purchase alcohol, and, for those who are caught driving under the influence of alcohol, the consequences can destroy any chance at a happy future. The Raw Story reports, however, that a 16-year-old teenage boy who was recently convicted of DUI that resulted in the deaths of four people was sentenced to probation and a rehabilitation facility, with the understanding that he was not to blame for his actions, but, his parenting.
