Utah may seem like one of the first states that would support recent National Transportation Safety Board recommendations for a lower blood alcohol concentration rate, but it seems not all state legislators will support of the new limit. An editorial in the The Salt Lake Tribune acknowledges that many of the conservative politicians may support the NTSB recommendation, but that perhaps all lawmakers should focus more on habitual drunk drivers, better enforcement of current laws tougher penalties for first-time offenders.
