The dangers of drinking and driving are many, and an equally dangerous habit is texting and driving, but drinking and texting can prove to be just as criminal. KSEE 42 News reports that in Fresno, a man is facing felony charges for threatening a judge over a text message. Michael Hamburger allegedly texted a threating message about the judge presiding over his wife’s DUI case, causing the recipient, also a judge, to report the threat to the authorities.
